Hello beach bums!
I have been busy with tax season which is slowly creeping up on us. So make sure you don't screw yourself out of a nice refund and get those done asap.
Anyhow vacation season is looking good especially since I live in the cold of the midwest, so since I had a minute I thought I'd share some info about Florida I have come across recently.
Recently I came across the site myspace.com and found some interesting people and friends that I have't seen in years. I joined a cool group about Florida and beach lovers and a couple of great guys shared there expereiences about Florida and why they love it.
So here is Eric and Robbs stories- short but informative nonetheless...
oh so bright beaches....bright white sand...bright blue bright green water yo...
restaurants condo's hotel's resorts clubs all the way, as far as the eye can see,
up and down the coast...sandbars=fun...party central? definitely....tourists? thumbs down...
they make me sad! =( tourists do some pretty dumb things...lol - just don't act like idiots folks
uhh i live on the pan handle near destin and ft walton... i would have to say it's pretty much the coolest place on earth? lol ok well maybe not but close...hmm tourists....iunno they always think it's a grand spectacular to feed the seagulls....
I grew up in Jacksonville but currently live in Lawrenceville, Ga. I frequent
Jacksonville and Daytona Beach at least once a year when I go back home to Florida
and the one thing that makes them great is A1A. It links the whole Florida east coast
just cruising from Jacksonville all the way down to Daytona Beach you can stop at any
beach in between and even visit a true beach town like Flagler beach. A1A is a great
coastal highway to see the Atlantic coast beaches.
As soon as I get more stories, I am going to compile them and put them on our site,
Discount Florida Vacations.com
For now I hope you enjoy the little tid bits others are beginning to provide us about Florida and travel. We'll get some new articles and news up soon, so stay in touch.
Til next time,
Joe
